#8,9 Feldspathic veneers, Lower partial denture was done by another doctor

Emax veneers were placed by Dr. Shimizu on teeth #6–9 and #11 (upper right canine to upper left central incisor and upper left canine). An Emax crown was placed on tooth #10 (upper left lateral incisor).

A dental implant was placed by Dr. Shimizu on tooth #7 (upper right lateral incisor). Emax veneers were placed on teeth #5, 6, and #8–12 (upper right first premolar, upper right canine, and upper left central incisor to upper left first premolar).

Six direct composite veneers were placed by Dr. Shimizu on teeth #6–11 (upper right canine to upper left canine).

Ten direct composite veneers were placed by Dr. Shimizu on teeth #4–13 (upper right second premolar to upper left second premolar).

One feldspathic veneer was placed by Dr. Shimizu on tooth #9 (upper left central incisor).
