I come from Japan, doctor is Japanese, we can speak Japanese, so warm. The staff named Don is SOOOOOOO NICE! She helped doctor cleaning my teeth, her strength is not tough but the result is really good. She put enough attention on my reaction, asked me many times "are you okay?" "Can you do this?" when she's going to do sth. If I bleed, she clean it so quickly that I didn't taste any blood. While doing her job, she taught me how to take care my teeth much more better. At least, she gave me one package of teeth caring tools in my favorite color, also a Halloween candy for praise. This is first time that I'm feeling happy in a dental clinic! She's like a nice sister, I'll be back to check and clean my teeth in the future definitely.

This is the best dentist I've ever experienced. I've been working in Houston (carried dental insurance) for 11 years. have tried several dentists and Dr. Shimizu is the best: 1). Always very professional, very considerate and very patient, every employee in this clinic. 2). Before any procedure, Dr. Shimizu explains all details and take time to answer all questions. This is very important to the patient. 3). Highly skillful, Dr. Shimizu and his assistants. I've got one dental implant done here and the whole procedure was carried out precisely, quickly and almost painless. I tends to have heavy tartar build up. Teeth cleaning at Dr. Shimizu's office is carried out professionally and effortlessly. Teeth cleaning with my previous dentists were not this pleasant. 4). Large LED screens playing fantasy movies & scenery documentaries really help to calm down patients. The large screens also come handy when showing X-ray scans of the teeth. 5). Large windows and very nice view from Dr. Shimizu's 9th floor. I used to be reluctant to visit dentists. Now I follow the schedule to visit Dr. Shimizu's office. I've also recommended Dr. Shimizu to my family and many of my friends.

Dr. Shimizu does good, careful, precise work. He explains the procedures clearly and gives you options. He's on the expensive side, but I've been to a lot of dentists and he's worth it!

My experience since beginning exams and treatments in Dr Shimizu's offfice has been excellent. His administrative and professional staff are attentive, caring and very competent. Dr Shimizu's attention to detail is of the highest standard. I feel that I am receiving the best dental care available.

After examination it turned out I had no issues. I appreciated the Dr did not push for non essential works to be done. Also the team did well to accommodate our schedule constraints. I felt the team was concerned about my experience in the office and ready to make things better if it was needed.

Amazing results!!! I went to Dr. Shimizu because I chipped the bottom of my front tooth (I loved my pre-chip smile and did not want to go the veneer route). I was a little worried that you would be able to tell a difference in my two front teeth, but I was WRONG. My smile looks the best it has in years! I cannot thank Dr. Shimizu and his staff enough. They are the best!
